Agreement brings leading active nutrition brands—C4®, XTEND®, and Cellucor®—to India through a locally driven manufacturing and distribution model
Austin, Texas – October 25, 2025: Nutrabolt ® , a global leader in active health and wellness, today announced a strategic agreement with Nutraprep India Pvt. Ltd., appointing it as the exclusive licensee for the manufacture and distribution of select products under Nutrabolt’s C4®, XTEND®, and Cellucor® brands in the Indian market. To mark the beginning of the collaboration, Nutraprep will manufacture, market, and sell C4® Original Pre-Workout, XTEND® Original, and Cellucor® COR-Performance Creatine, with BRIGHT Performance Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. serving as the exclusive distributor across offline, e-commerce, quick-commerce, and independent sales channels.
India is among the world’s fastest-growing sports nutrition markets, projected to expand at an 8% compound annual growth rate and surpass $4 billion by 2025. The new partnership enables Nutrabolt to meet this growing demand through localized manufacturing and a robust omni-channel distribution network, ensuring greater access and affordability for Indian consumers.
This agreement reflects Nutrabolt’s broader commitment to scaling its global footprint and investing in high-growth international markets through long-term, locally driven partnerships.
